The Treacher Collins Family Support Group was set up in 1987 by a group of parents to meet the needs of families and individuals. Aims of the group include the following:
  1. to offer support to needed individuals
  2. to gain a greater knowledge of the syndrome
  3. to offer advice on various aspects of the syndrome
